Our artists do free, no-obligation consultations and we stress the importance of good communication so we can get your design as close as possible to what you have imagined.
If you then decide to go ahead with the tattoo, we require a booking deposit prior to starting a design (no exceptions). This deposit is a credit toward your tattoo and will be deducted from your final payment. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable.
We will happily reschedule your appointment if something comes up, however, we require at least 24 hours notice for rebooking, otherwise your deposit may be forfeited. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling if a problem arises.
